This is why your product is insured with us. If by any chance your product is damaged or destroyed upon arrival, it is your responsibility to NOT sign for the item and send it back. If you accept a damaged product you accept total responsibility for that product. Any product that is damaged during transit MUST BE REJECTED by you or anyone authorized to sign for you.
 
If your product has an internal malfunction, is not working properly or broken inside upon arrival it will be replaced by us. Any damages like scratches, stains, dents or bent metal outside the main core of the Logic Board is the responsibility of the shipping company and we are not liable and you will have to open a claim with them.
